Care Memo Troubleshooting Tips

Currently, the Care Memo app is only available on a smartphone (iPhone or Android), but a website will be available in late 2022 that will allow you to use Care Memo from a computer

For email, you may want to check your spam folder. The email “from” should be no-reply@carememo.com.

For SMS, the message came from phone number 415.792.5159.

Care Memo is an invitation only app, so please connect with your UnitedHealthcare Nursing Home Plan professional to make sure an invite is being sent to you.

Once you receive the invitation, follow the steps to sign up for Care Memo on your smartphone.

If you see this screen, there has been a change to your invite status. Please check with the person who invited you and have them resend the invitation.

Once you have received the invitation, follow the steps and sign up with the email you provide.
