Currently, the Care Memo app is only available on a smartphone (iPhone or Android), but a website will be available in late 2022 that will allow you to use Care Memo from a computer.
Care Memo is an invitation only app, so please connect with your UnitedHealthcare At Home care professional to make sure an invite is being sent to you.
Once you receive the invitation, follow the steps to sign up for Care Memo on your smartphone.
